Island Hopping for the sake of LOVE....

I still cant believe that i will gather up enough courage to relocate from Penang to Singapore, but that's just what i did, on 24th December 2006....and all for the sake of love. I gotta know my other half, Peter from an online dating website (i know...that's lame) but I was just so fed up with going out on endless dates and having to endure those 'introduction stage' and to keep trying to impress your dates that you are the ONE.

Having said that, I have to agree that you can meet all type of weirdos online so you just have to be careful on who you talk to. Anyway, when i got to know Peter, we tried to chat via MSN, but it didnt go smoothly during the first time...i felt that he's a very boring person LOL and he felt that I'm very money minded. We then politely get out of each other's way. Few months down the road, we kinda start chatting again, and we gradually starts to find out that we have things in common....then we started to go for video calls...and the rest was history. As he's a Singaporean, I felt that it will be better for us to be at Singapore, rather than in Malaysia, therefore, this huge step for me.


We were married on 23rd November 2008. Why i chose him? Well, 4 words...I CAN TRUST HIM. :) I can see myself growing old with him, and I know that he will be there to support me in my ups and downs (vice versa).
